We at Online Toys Australia love to reward our loyal customers any way we can. One of the ways we do this is through our Customer Reward Points initiative where customers earn points that can be redeemed upon their next order, to save on goods and services offered by Online Toys Australia.

So, how does it work we hear you ask? Simple... for every AU$1.00 you spend in our store, we will reward you with 10 Customer Reward Points. How or when you choose to use these points is up to you. Points can be left unused or saved for a later time, perhaps for a big occasion like a birthday or Christmas, or you may choose to use your points upon subsequent visits - it's your choice. And to 'translate' points back into dollar terms; 250 points equals AU$1.00. So, as an example, an account that has 2,500 points would be deemed to be worth approximately $10.00 and this is the discount that would be applied to an order if all 2,500 points were used. And this is on top of our every-day low prices too!

Summary of Rules:

  • Customer Reward Points are not transferable.
  • Customer Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Customer Reward Points can be redeemed only while shopping with Online Toys Australia.
  • Customer Reward Points are applied to the purchase price of the product only (this excludes taxes, shipping, handling, and insurance costs).
  • Some heavily reduced or clearance lines are excluded from the Customer Rewards Program.
  • Customer Reward Points are automatically credited upon full payment of order.
  • Customer Reward Points not redeemed with 36 months of issue will be forfeited.

Please note: GST and Shipping charges are excluded from reward points calculations.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

I'm a new customer. How do I get started?

First of all, there is nothing special that you need to do to earn reward points other than to make a purchase. However, there is one very important thing you need to know while you are registering or creating your customer profile with us for the first time, and that is to ensure you have entered a preferred username and password. Doing so will provide you with the means with which you can access your account to redeem your points upon your next visit. Not creating a username or password means any points earned are forfeited.

How exactly do I redeem my Reward Points?

Choose the toys you wish to buy by adding them to your cart (click "Buy" or "Add to Cart" buttons). When you are satisfied with your selection, proceed to the checkout. Once you are logged in, proceed to the middle section of the checkout and select "Customer Reward Points" as you preferred payment method. Once selected, the total points you have in your account will be revealed. Enter how many points you would like to use. If you have insufficient points to cover the cost of the order, you'll need to select a second payment method to cover the difference/shortfall.

Oops! I just placed my order and forgot to redeem my points. Is it too late?

Unfortunately it is. Reward points need to be redeemed at the checkout, by you, at the time of your purchase. Reward Points cannot be redeemed any other way.

I have two accounts and I would like to merge my points. Can it be done?

Unfortunately, Reward Points are non-transferable regardless of the circumstances.

My Customer Reward Points have disappeared! What has happened to them?

Usually, and the most likely reason for the disappearance of Reward Points is that they may have expired. Three years (or 36 months) is the limit in which points must be used, otherwise they automatically expire. However, if you feel that your Reward Points have disappeared for a different reason, please contact our store and we will investigate the matter for you.
